Titan Air was absolutely amazing. I was referred to them by my neighbor. We were in a pinch as our AC unit went down on one of the hottest days in July 2024.. My neighbor mentioned their response time was quick. And sure enough from the call they responded and had a tech on site within 30 minutes. The tech identify the problem and got the AC unit running. A few days later, the unit went down again. I called again and had a technician within hours. On that site visit it was determined that the 13 year old unit was completely out of commission. At that moment, the owner, Sergio who was the technician gave me options for a new unit. Within one day we decided on their top-of-the-line unit for efficiencies and had it financed quickly. The following day Sergio and his team showed up with their crane and had the system up and running by the end of that day. It was amazing how quickly they responded. Their professionalism was top-notch. And we are already seeing our electricity consumption go down as we can monitor it through our photovoltaic system. I would highly recommend Titan Heating and Air. I look forward to the ongoing support and maintenance to keep our Bosh unit running for years to come. Thank you, Sergio and your team!!
