Titan heating and Air Conditioning has been to my home a few times over years to service and repair my aging ac units. Sergio and his team have always arrived quickly and been able to get my ac working again. The most recent visit came after I arrived home from vacation and realized one of my 2 units was not cooling upstairs. The outside temperature was over 100 degrees, and the inside was almost 90. I contacted Sergio right away. In the past, he arrived quickly, but he surpassed my expectations by arriving 10 minutes after my call. I was in luck that he had just completed a job and was nearby. Unfortunately, the luck ran out on my 19 year old ac as it had leaked all the refrigerant out and was beyond repair. We sat down and went over options to select a new unit. Sergio was knowledgeable, and I went with his recommendation. He informed me of the finance options they offered and scheduled the installation for the following morning. The crew of 4 arrived on time at 8 am and were completing the installation by the time I arrived home from work at 5 pm. I didn’t have time or desire to get multiple estimates and trusted I was paying a reasonable price, I confirmed this when a co-worker asked what I paid and responded with “wow, that’s way cheaper than so and so just payed for his AC.” I will see Titan Heating and Air Conditioning again to replace my second unit before next season… if it lasts till then.
